Poem
No, I don’t write for an inner circle
I write solely for myself
I do not decide to write a poem
They burst, creep, leap out of my unconscious
In a letter I may write a phrase
Awakening a memory
I hear someone’s thought
My mind spirals around their ideas
A poem is born
